


Sr. Sales & Marketing Engineer
The company specializes in developing an enterprise data platform for marketers, data analysts, and strategists that allows you to easily aggregate data from more than 250 marketing platforms such as Google and Facebook in one place, transform that data into the format you need and visualize it on the platform of your choice. Automate up to 90% of the manual work involved in reporting and uncover huge revenue generation opportunities for marketing teams that are hidden in the data.
The product's ability to process large amounts of data at high speed allows you to support and customize solutions for enterprise brands more than anyone else in the market. Currently, some of the partners working with the product include Mattel, ATB Financial, illy Cafe, Monster Energy, ASUS, HIMS, etc.
Task & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept/Trials, RFPs/RFIs, and own the technical sale.
Own the discovery and qualification of Improvado’s technical compatibility with prospects and provide consultative guidance on technical deal strategy, as well as industry best practices.
Be a subject matter expert on Improvado’s Platform and continuously evangelize Improvado’s value and features to potential customers.
Collaborate with prospects and internal teams to ensure Proof of Concepts/Trials are scoped and executed successfully. prospects via email, chat, or video calls.
Assist Sales and Customer Success to understand and document the processes, pains, needs, and expectations of prospects as they move through the sales process into paying customers.
Act as the voice of the customer by aggregating, synthesizing, and communicating prospect feedback to help influence the product roadmap.
Help shape the evolution of our Solution Consulting team and build efficiency by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Development.
Monitor industry news on technology products, partners, and competitors to maintain deep ecosystem expertise.
Requirements:
5+ years of Technical PreSales / Sales engineering / IT project management or software engineering experience.
3+ years using Marketing tools, such as Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Google Ads, among other tools.
Experience analyzed marketing performance data.
5+ years of business experience within the SaaS environment, preferably in a client-facing position.
Solid knowledge of SaaS technologies, such as AdTech/MarTech platforms, as well as BI & data visualization tools.
Polished presentation skills; you are dynamic in presenting ideas to technical and business users, from VP to C-level.
Exceptional and professional written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong listening skills.
Proven ability to discover needs, pitch solutions, and create business value for customers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills.
Strong bias toward action; you can prioritize and execute on complex, competing requirements for multiple stakeholders.
Bonus points:
You’ve worked within popular DWH/DB/Cloud Storages (e.g. Google BigQuery, Amazon S3, Snowflake, etc.)
You have hands-on experience with APIs, Relational Databases, Cloud Architectures, and SQL.
You’ve previously worked in a Startup.
