No, the training is aimed at anyone who is looking to enter the IT world of work as a Recruiter and who wants to learn the basics of IT Recruiting. If you are a student of HR, Psychology, Labor Relations or related careers, this training will provide you with more tools for day-to-day work.
From the very beginning, you have access to the campus and you can access the recorded classes from wherever you want, whenever you want. You can access from your cell phone, computer, tablet and take the classes. Each class has its theoretical explanation video, reading material and test to evaluate your knowledge. The course modality is 100% virtual, the classes are asynchronous, so you can access the material at any time of the day, whenever you want and from wherever you want.
The training consists of 2 Theoretical Blocks, composed of 10 theoretical classes. It has a duration of 4 weeks, which include the time spent watching the lectures, reading the mandatory materials, participating in the forums and taking the exams.
In the first block you will study the soft part of IT Recruitment, where you will learn about the market context, information necessary to enter the world, tips, recruitment strategies, selection processes integrated with technology, interview ideas and much more.
In the second block you will be fully inserted with the Hard part of Recruitment, where you will learn more about the profiles that exist in IT, the types of technologies, languages, methodologies, processes, types of stacks and much more.
Once the training is completed, you will be sent a digitalized certificate via e-mail. You will receive it between 1 and 2 weeks after the end of the training.
If you do not complete the course, having finished the classes and exams, the corresponding certificate will not be issued and cannot be claimed.
Certificates will only be issued upon completion of the training.
Once the 10 classes have been completed, and the corresponding exams have been taken, the training ends with the completion of the last exam given.
Once you have obtained the training link, you will have access to the virtual campus, where you will be able to enter the virtual classroom.
Within the virtual classroom, you will find the classes, the mandatory and complementary reading material, the consultation forum, the exams per class to evaluate your knowledge, and the certificate of completion.

Once the training is finished, you have the possibility to connect with the teacher who gives the training, accessing 1 tutorial by video call, in which you will be able to solve all your doubts, in a 1 to 1 dynamic with the teacher. The tutorials are virtual, at times agreed upon by the student and the teacher.
Once the training is completed and approved (with an average higher or equal to 6), you will have the option to choose to do the internal internship, where you can test the knowledge learned, practicing with real searches, within a simulated work dynamic, with continuous monitoring, generating a Learning by doing.
