Flutter Trainee

The company is a leader in technology, specializing in developing applications for its clients, working on development from scratch, in businesses such as real time platforms with large amount of data, IoT, data applications, health, among others.


Phases Involved

  •  Discovery: High involvement (reviewing project requirements, aligning technical feasibility with business needs)

  • Design: High involvement (providing input on system architecture, ensuring API and frontend compatibility)

  • Development: High involvement (building and maintaining frontend in React, developing and optimizing backend services in Laravel, collaborating on Flutter learning and integration as needed)

  • QA & UAT: Medium involvement (assisting with testing, resolving reported issues, refining performance and U

  • Launch: Medium involvement (final debugging, deployment readines monitoring post-launch issues)


Core Activities

  • Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js.

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic using Laravel.

  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.

  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards.

  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.

  • Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

  • Engage in Flutter learning and exploration, contributing to future mobile development efforts.


Responsible For

  • Delivering high-quality, maintainable React frontend code and Laravel backend services.

  • Ensuring proper API development and integration between frontend and backend.

  • Maintaining a structured codebase with proper version control and documentation.

  • Collaborating with the QA team to fix bugs and enhance performanc

  • Staying updated with best practices in React, Laravel, and Flutter.

  • Proactively communicating technical challenges, blockers, and solutions.

  • Supporting project timelines by identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.


Required Skills

  •  +3, 4 years of experience in web development.

  • In-depth knowledge in PHP, Laravel and React.

  • Interest in learning and contributing to Flutter development for mobile applications.

  • Willingness to participate in Flutter training sessions and support the transition to mobile development.

  • Basic knowledge of Dart and Flutter’s architecture is a plus.

  • Experience or curiosity about cross-platform development and how it complements web technologies.

  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field from an accredited college. Certifications i areas are desired.

  • + B2 conversational English


Hiring

  • Contractor - 12 months with the possibility of renewal.

  • Full Time. Schedule USA. 2 hours difference from Argentina.

  • Salary in USD.
