Sr. SAP Performance QA

As a performance engineer, you will be required to work with development engineers and functional analysts, understand cutting-edge software and identify performance optimization opportunities. You will work with emerging technologies such as BTP while designing and performing performance testing. You must have In-depth knowledge and experience in performance testing, troubleshooting and analysis.


Job Responsibilities

  • Define, develop and implement performance/scalability benchmark

  • Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug and improve system performance and scalability.

  • Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify perform bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis.

  • Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes.

  • Plan and execute performance tests using an automated test environment and perform analysis of results.

  • Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions in cross-team engineering efforts and have own quality perspectives for design.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of proven hands-on experience in software testing.

  • Extensive experience in SAP application performance testing.

  • Must have experience working on brown or green field S/4 HA implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++).

  • Experience with performance testing tools: LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, Postman.

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization, end-to-end performance and root cause analysis.

  • Experience in service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs.

  • Strong knowledge of performance tuning SQL queries.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques.

  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.

  • Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify perform bottlenecks.
